Job Role:
Responsible for leasing out state of the art commercial floors in Noida.
Target medium to large MNCs, Indian Corporates for long term lease.
Closure of new leasing transactions.
Responsible to analyze all the commercial & legal aspects of leasing deals.
Manage end to end leasing transactions.
Manage all leasing activities including attracting / Prospecting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing models.
