Job Role:
Responsible for assisting in leasing out state of the art retail space in Noida.
Target reputed international and domestic brands, luxury retailers, fashion retailers for long term lease.
Research and create a database of prospective clients.
Assisting in closure of new leasing transactions.
Responsible to analyze all the commercial & legal aspects of leasing deals.
Help manage end to end leasing transactions.
Manage all leasing activities including attracting / Prospecting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing models.
