Job Role:
Responsible for assisting in leasing out state of the art commercial floors in Noida.
Target medium to large MNCs, Indian Corporates for long term lease.
Research and create a database of prospective clients.
Help in closure of new leasing transactions.
Responsible to analyze all the commercial & legal aspects of leasing deals.
Help manage end to end leasing transactions.
Manage all leasing activities including attracting / Prospecting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing models.
