Experience: 20-25 years of experience in Real Estate with compulsory P&L experience
Qualification: Any Graduate / Engineer / MBA
Salary: At par with industry standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for P&L of the Real Estate Business, across all projects.
- Responsible for Sales, Marketing, Land Acquisition, liaise with Government agencies for approvals, Scheming the Projects, Project Management, Execution, Legal Formalities for the Purchasers till handover.
- Responsible for Execution of projects, Projects monitoring Engineering, contracts, Tendering, procurement, planning & budgeting, cost monitoring, product quality, safety, estimation, etc.
- Responsible for replies to all notices from local authorities like pollution, environment, fire, town and country planning board.
- Responsible to support in successful delivery on time and within cost.
- Profile includes business development, tendering, execution of project within time and contractual parameters, closing contract, team building, customer relationship etc.
- Execution – including selection and management of Architects, Consultants, Vendors and Co-ordination for project approvals with statutory authorities.
- Setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market share, profitability and return on investment.
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
- Building and leading a capable team as business expands and provide vision and leadership that attracts followers
