Job Role:
Responsible for leasing out state-of-the-art retail space in Noida.
Target reputed international and domestic brands, luxury retailers, fashion retailers for long-term lease.
Closure of new leasing transactions.
Responsible to analyze all the commercial & legal aspects of leasing deals.
Manage end-to-end leasing transactions.
Manage all leasing activities including attracting / Prospecting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations, and the development of attractive leasing models.
